Shipping is possible outside of the United States, but is rather costly. If you live outside of the USA and would like to purchase a book, please contact us and we can discuss a solution.
A link for download will be provided after payment, and will be available for 24 hours. California does not collect sales tax on ebook purchases.
People often ask about purchasing directly from us versus purchasing through Amazon. Amazon serves only as a middleman for transactions on their site, and takes a very large service fee from each order. We still have to provide all of the service, including packing and shipping books, when purchases are made from Amazon instead of us. The only difference when you buy from Amazon is that they take a big chunk of money that would have otherwise gone to the Author. If you feel more safe and comfortable buying from Amazon, please do, but we strongly encourage you to support a small independent author and publisher by cutting out the middleman.
