This is a very special event limited to Phillips Hill Winery club members. We will be preparing 6 or 7 courses of wild mushroom based dishes, pulling out all of the stops and luxuries. Each course will be paired with 2 wines. The intimate event will be hosted in the tasting room where the winemaker can discuss each of the wine choices, and I discuss each course. Menu and ticket information will be posted when the event gets closer.
