Menu for Thursday May 21st
Mole poblano with roasted chicken thigh – this is the famous Mexican sauce with lots of different chiles, nuts, seeds, spices, and a little bit of chocolate.
Frijoles borrachos – Pinto beans cooked with beer, bacon, onions, spices, and chiles.
Mexican-style pickled vegetables
Homemade corn tortillas

The cost is $19/meal - Please add an additional $5 charge per address if delivery is desired.
Substitutions are not possible.
